Giuseppe Meazza ranks fourth on the list, with 216 goals in 367 matches. He played for three clubs: Inter, AC Milan, and Juventus. José Altafini also scored 216 goals but needed 456 matches to reach that tally, playing for AC Milan, Napoli, and Juventus.

Antonio Di Natale comes next, scoring 209 goals in 445 games for Empoli and Udinese. Roberto Baggio is seventh, with 205 goals in 452 appearances across six clubs: Fiorentina, Juventus, AC Milan, Bologna, Inter, and Brescia.
