Needless today that the first game was an absolute nail bitter and it kept all of us hooked to the edge of our seats. India played the game really well and they did well to set up a 200+ target. But Alas, Miller & Rassie Van Der Dussen had other plans altogether.
Ishan Kishan seemed like the 15 crore player that Mumbai bought. He did not start as well as he would have liked. The pitch too showed signs of being a little tacky at first. But it turned out to be a batting paradise. And once Ishan Kishan got the feel of the wicket was playing, he was just too good to stop.
Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant too played like they meant business. And the icing on the top was Hardik Pandya’s blistering knock that helped India post such a mammoth score.

South Africa did not start very badly themselves either but they will know that they have to make amends with their bowling attack. Yes, it was a batting paradise but they gave away extra runs far too many times. But they will be more than happy after how the last game panned out and they will be hoping to repeat more of the same.
The team combination for this game should be similar and both teams will look to stick to their playing XI unless of course there are few injury changes. This game should be another belter of a contest and should go down to the wire just like the last game did.
