After just three weeks after being discharged from a hospital following a mild heart attack, BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, was admitted to Apollo Hospital, in the Salt Lake area, yet again.

The Kolkata Police created a green corridor for smooth travel from his Behala residence to the hospital off the EM Bypass.

Apparently, he was having some discomfort in his chest.

According to some reports, Ganguly’s ECG (Electrocardiogram) showed some anomalies.

As per sources, Dr. Aftab Khan will do the stenting tomorrow in the presence of Dr. Devi Shetty, one of India’s top heart surgeons.

For worried fans, the press statement from the hospital was reassuring. It read -,”There is no change in his parameters since his last hospitalisation and his vital parameters are stable”.

Ganguly was hospitalised on January 2 and had undergone angioplasty.

A nine-member medical team was formed for his treatment, including including Devi Shetty, RK Panda, Samuel Mathew and Aswin Mehta.

We join the rest of the country in praying for Dada’s early recovery.
